I'd say that's the new Catalan restaurant he's opening with Soriano and Txiki.

The chef is Massimo Bottura, owner of Osteria Francescana which is rated as one of the 3 best restaurants in the world every year.

Pep, Txiki and Khaldoon were on a trip to Bologna with one of our executive directors, Alberto Galassi. They stopped off at Enzo Ferrari's old house in Modena where Bottura's restaurant is.

Galassi is an interesting character, I think his role basically dates back to Khaldoon bringing Formula 1 to Abu Dhabi, where there's a big web of connections between Khaldoon and Ferrari and companies part owned by both which Galassi oversees.

Massimo Bottura is featured on Chef Table's very first episode on Netflix if anyone's interested!

I love that series. Not such a big fan of the new pastries series but it's still really good.

I haven't watched the pastries one. Just wasn't drawn too much into it. Remember that Argentinian chef who lived in his own island and cooked in the outdoors in the wild? He was mad haha.

What's gone on with peps hairline? His forehead changes colour where his hairline used to be!
Surely he's not had a Rooney weave done on his days off?

Really odd. It's like he's been dipped in a gravy boat!
