Really enjoyed Pep's first major interview in front of the gutter press.
He came across as humble, intelligent, thoughtful and for me most importantly, as a sensitive person. (In my experience working as a temporary accountant, working under managers with such personal qualities is usually a great pleasure and privilege).
He is a TRUE Leader.
Everything he said about not being sure what he will do until he has assessed the players, makes perfect common sense. Unlike a certain previous manager who seemed to obsess with playing a particular formation, come hell or high water.
