Pep interview.

Pep about one of the most difficult things in his job:
I actually think what he really means about the difficult thing is: find a way to win, push people to their limit to follow that winning approach, and tell them they are not going to play after they exhausted all of those training :D

Its easy to overlook... Think of the kind of people pro-footballers are, likely they have played week in week out, been the main man likely at every level and all of a sudden they move to a club and they aren't. Selling them on being productive squad players must be a monumental man management task, the fact that we have had a whole bunch of really good a productive squad players very much reflects on Pep's ability.

Maybe wrong but what I gleaned from that interview was pep keeping his cards very close to his chest. Never gave anything away about his training methods(all down to the players) and not saying the questions were loaded but being slysports they will always try to prompt a reaction. Pep knows the score with the media and a bit like manzour never gave away any of the juicy bits.

There was a moment after the game a few seasons ago where pep went over to applaud the fans singing his song. Can't find the clip but you can just feel CITY coming out of his every pore. He's never fucking leaving the mans Blue to the core
That was leciester city away,
