Interesting.

Technically, he does have this year and next left on his comtract, so 'for years to come' is apt. But it does suggest there are behind the scenes ambitious. Time (and var) will tell

I wouldn't be in a huge rush to extend his contract... What for? He's here until the end of next season, you'd want to see how the next 12 months pans out first.
