I think anyone who thinks Guardiola is going to walk out has no idea of the man's personality. He has said so many times that he feels indebted to Khaldoon for only supporting him during bad patches and Txiki Begiristain is one of the man's closest friends for 20+ years.
He will stay at least to the end of his deal.
More important IMO is that the club keeps him insulated in the next few days and weeks. One of the reasons he left Barcelona was because he was pushed out infront of the media as the only spokesman at the club and had to deal with a load of political bollocks he didn't want to put up with.
City need to keep the FFP shit away from him if they want him to stick around longer term even after we get cleared.
