I have been thinking about this and our style of play recently. Mahrez is not a bad player, he just doesn't suit our style. There are occasions when we break quickly, and need the first ball, 1, 2, 3, bang, bang, bang and in the 6 yard box. Too often Mahrez slows the play, cuts inside, in, out, in out, giving the defenders time to reorganize. just my opinion, but bad buy. We could recoup our money, sell.

I agree with your assessment of Mahrez but the idea we could recoup the 60 mill we paid for him is completely unrealistic. We would be lucky to get half that as he will be on big money and there won't be a clamour from clubs paying wages like that to obtain his services.
