Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

True. We were shit for the majority of that game, but there were definitely small moments that could have changed the game. Alvarez missed a close one too.
A close one?

He missed a sitter as did Haaland.

We were second best and deserved to lose, end of story.

When he goes, I think the current level of dominance will come to an end, as he is the best manager in the world, arguably the best ever, and he is the difference between us and the rest.
However, we are too well run behind the scenes for things to go tits up in the way United post Fergie did. We will still be in the hunt for everything and we will still win plenty, but just not as much as now.

I think he's a good man manager clearly, and he's been so impactful in the development of many players.

But as a tactician, he's completely changed the way football is played.

I can't conclusively say he's the greatest micromanager ever. I can absolutely say he's the best tactician.
He is by far and away the best football coach, manager and tactician ever

Listen to the players who have played for him his detail is obsessive
