Pep's contract situation | 2 year extension confirmed! (pg1817)

They don’t seem to understand how financial fair play works and you can’t simply pump money into a club as their owners lobbied for it as a condition of buying the club. They also seem to conveniently forget they were banned from Europe for breaking financial fair play but didn’t qualify at the time.

It’s also hilarious that people think someone will make their wealth available to a football club? And it’s all cash wealth etc? Make no bones about it, we are at the top of the tree in this department with our squad already, manager, infrastructure etc? I just hope khaldoon backs an overhaul this summer like pep wanted last year?

I wonder if announcing he's "only" extending to 2025 is designed to worry their owners? We'll both be looking at the same replacements eventually, but we'll have the extra year to get the jump on them. Or perhaps it gives us that leeway to persuade Pep to extend for another 2 or 3 years at that time while they're trying to find a suitable replacement?
Think its Peps decision and will only leave when he's no longer getting the adrenalin rush

With the changes to FFP Spurs are the biggest winners by far and United have a significant advantage over City. Everton and Leicester will be the most disadvantaged.

Chelsea will be hampered more than City and Liverpool about the same.

We're they banned.

No doubt about it!

RAWK.....

He'll jump to Newcastle in a few years. The Saudi's will and can blow City out the water with their spending.
Their thick as fuck, they even managed to talk about city's spending on the hot UK deals site, on a deal about a paddy power offer on a game of their own

Just's watch the new Newcastle pre-match interview and pep is hurt deeply, you see it written all over his face and in his eye's ? It hurt him on Wednesday, more than I have seen him hurt before, and I feel for him

sometime's manager's can bluff and never show emotions or blame the players or the officials,
but I feel pep is 100% taking the blame, and it's wonderful how he shows it without saying anything

the pain is what we all feel, and we are Manchester city fans and lost, and it hurts, but the manager of our great club hurts just as much as us thank you pep
