How would you guys feel about Pep if he wound up at another PL club after he leaves City?

I was just thinking today, where could he possibly go after City and then I thought he might want to coach Brazil but he would likely want to return to club football again and the PL would be just as likely as any.

“When we finish our time here for the pleasure to be at a European Championships or World Cup, I would like to live it. I know it’s not easy to find it because normally there are few positions. It’s a difficult thing to happen, but I would like it. If it doesn’t happen, I will train a club, no problem. But in England, always I will be in Man City, and if I have to come back I would come back to Man City, if they want me. I don’t think I will train another club in England. I’m a part of this club.” -- Pep a few months ago in November

Thanks. I admire his loyalty to you lot.

Part of it because he have many friends the likes of Soriano and Txixi that makes him feel at home and settled in here.

Chelsea need somehow to poach the ex-Barcelona guys to even tempt Pep to reconsider that stance of not joining other club in England.

Well I'm happy he's signing a big extension from listening to the embargoed press conference.

He's proper pissed with the media, thank you Slimy Stone and numerous others without your dickhead ramblings he may have already gone......just think about that you lurking fuckers.
Hope so 2025 would be a bit of an underwhelming announcement as much as would love that it'd be great if he stayed here for a decade plus.

Pep reputedly said a few weeks ago that if he was offered a 10-year extension he would sign.
He loves the club's owners, management structure, players, support staff, Manchester and the fans that turn up at games throughout the country and Europe.

I don't think Pep would be very successful as a 'country' coach. He would only get to work with players during the international gatherings and that doesn't suit his hands-on coaching style. Watching from the stands at club games is not the same as actually being with the chosen international players on a daily basis.

Watching from the stands? He'd be down in the technical area shouting instructions :)

They'd probably have to physically restrain him from entering the changing rooms at half time.

You guys, please do the necessary on your side to smash the dipper dream (which is everyone else's nightmare) this coming weekend. We'll do what we can on our side.
As for who wins the Champions League, it is now a matter of supreme indifference to me. I won't be watching it.

I read somewhere that Pep would be interested in coaching Athletic Bilbao. As a Catalan nationalist, he appreciates their Basque-only policy. Frankly speaking if he wins La Liga/CL with Bilbao, it would be one of the biggest achievements in football. Bilbao has won Liga before, but that time the gap between Madrid/Barca and them wasn't so great.
