Like you say - it’s all speculation. The club aren’t idiots - they know what’s happening & we usually reveal important details during the November international break. Let’s see what happensNo matter how well we are run if the club genuinely doesn't know at this stage if he's staying or going then that impacts how potential replacements can be approached.
Some have speculated that he will wait for the outcome of the 115 case and that is even madder as it could easily be March / April before that is released.
My feeling is the club does know and he's going

It’ll never ever be 3 years with Pep. It’s always been 2 year extensions as best case, that’s what I’m hoping for.Is a one year extension going to really help ? Or does it just kick this issue down the road a bit …..
For me I think it needs to be a 3 year extension in order the whole club can plan for a rebuild together.

Don't think there's any chance of him leaving after last night's comments and, to be frank, I can see him staying a lot longer yet.
The whole "will he, won't he" thing is performative; the man is obsessed with football, obsessed with winning and obsessed with City.

We have been in decline since the treble season, which after last season in winning the PL and been robbed by Madrid in the Champions league may sound crazy but for me is true.
The days of battering teams a distant dream and the chasing pack has caught up.
Time to get back to identifying and obtaining our targets quickly and paying what it takes.

Agreed, however I think (even more so now) that he should come out and say he's extending, the days of cloak and dagger need to be removed, the toughest challenge for all of us now, him saying this would be a calming influence on the whole shit show that is currently ongoing, needs to happen asap for me.
