I think he have to loan out Fernando and Kolarov. Mangala I think we can ship off for something like £15m, Bony the same.
Agreed except Zabaleta is the type of player Pep likes: presses extremely well, good short passing, overlap runs and versatile. Hopefully we'll see more youth like Denayer, Angelino and Manu Garcia. Patrick Roberts and Enes Unal will be 20, finished loans next summer and ready to play in cup games.
Were Guardiola able to bring a player from Bayern, Alaba would be the best option - at 23, he's the world's best left-back and can play in central midfield. John Stones - another versatile option who could play in a defensive three, at center-back, right-back and potentially holding midfield. Xhaka to replace Yaya with Fernando's rotational role taken by Alaba and Stones.
Best XI next summer:
Hart (29)
Alaba, (23)
Zabaleta (31)
Otamendi (28)
Kompany (30)
John Stones (22)
Xhaka (23)
Sterling (21)
De Bruyne (24)
Silva (30)
Aguero (27)

After yesterday I think it's safe to say Willy, Demi and Aleks fall under the "out" category.
I most certainly hope never to see all three of them again in a City shirt.
Willy would cause panic in any defence, MDM has just got older and cannot perform anymore at this level, and Kolorov has been sh*t ever since Mancini brought him to the club, so no tears from me.

Don't know why some here get emotional. I'm not trying to justify an assessment. My assessment does not require your approval. I'm simply showi ng you (but more importantly anyone who mistook your bluster for reality) they can do their own observing.I mean really, to justify your pitiful assessment, you gave me the link of 2nd leg of Dortmund's Champions League semi-final? Even though they had already beaten Real Madrid by 4-1 in the first leg?
Get a grip or ask the clueless in charge when his players tried to press high up the pitch and Gundogan dropped into the back to help get around the press. Seriously, don't even bother replying.
Yeah, though I would keep Clichy for extra year and then release him as he has 1 year left and he would be decent back up, and then look to promote from academy if possible.add clichy, Yaya and zaba to the list. n Caba
Bender, castro nor Weigl doesnt have passing range nor creativity that gundogan has. He is their heart except for Reus and Auba. Its really inaccurate to say that Gundogan isnt an instigator.. you should watch them play more than once. If pep rates a player , there isnt many others better.Don't know why some here get emotional. I'm not trying to justify an assessment. My assessment does not require your approval. Even at the height of Dortmund pressing, Gundogan was never really one of the instigator.
And for those who actually read my statement for what it is, rather than what YOU are desperately trying to make it out to be, I repeat: Neither Pogba nor Gundogan are the pressure instigators of the midfields they currently play in. Frankly, in terms of defensive aggression The both, in my opinion, are the weakest at it in their respective clubs.
This by the way is not some earth shattering news. It's quite common knowledge. Weigl, Castro, and Bender all show far more aggression at Dortmund than Gundogan, so do Khadera, Machisio and the Colombian at Juve over Pogba.
But if you believe otherwise, feel free to do so. No one is stopping you.
Angelino shoudlve done better than Kolarov for one yesterday. Angelino should be 2nd choice to whoever we sign at leftback in the summer, not Clichy. same with rightback. We should have sagna as 2nd choice to whoever we sign and use denayer as a 3rd option to all defensive positions. Denayer is a the kind of player who preforms everywhere.Yeah, though I would keep Clichy for extra year and then release him as he has 1 year left and he would be decent back up, and then look to promote from academy if possible.
I rate Gundogan. Everyone does. And I've watched him more times thfact need to, to form an opinion.Bender, castro nor Weigl doesnt have passing range nor creativity that gundogan has.
