I havent seen anything on OS that suggest that Tevez has lost his armband... Kompany is vice captain and tevez hasnt played a game yet this season... why is everyone thinking Teve lost the band? Is it wishful thinking or a fact? If a fact where is the link to that?

Tevez is still very much under the impression that he is captain , and I haven't seen any official announcement stating otherwise . Until Carlos said it in an interview , I purely assumed that Vinnie K was now the permanent captain

But I can be wrong... just cant recall a situation like that... I dont mind at all and would actually prefer if Kompany is the captain... but I'm not sure he is

Well he's claimed to be captain as recent as yesterday. And no, I won't forgive him for those comments. If you grow up with Mike Doyle as your idol, you don't accept Tevez's comments.

Vince said has no issue with Tevez being captain he will continue to lead on the pitch, and he also said Tevez there would be no issue with him being captain by Tevez either. Suspect it will be sorted before Wigan game when all our players back home. (please please no fucking injuries.)
