This is to anyone that was sent a Season card that had been printed without their personalised photo and who contacted supporter services about this...

1) did you get a response from supporter services telling you it would be reprinted?
2) has it been delivered yet?

Yep I did and no not yet.
Though given the issues there having with people not even having received their original seasoncards yet and others cards not working I suspect reissuing the non personalised ones is low priority

yep, told it would take a week, which i was a bit suspicious of. Did also sign up my daughter as a Cityzen and got an email saying she should get her card around next week, so maybe will finally arrive

The fucking about they have done trying to sort people's SC out don't think I will bother at least I get in the ground without having to collect paper ticket
