Peter Drury replaces Martin Tyler on Sky Sports

Woking FC. Played for them (one match at the age of 58) and coached them, too.

I'm not sure he's anti-City, as such, just became a commentator around the time of Dipper/Rag dominance and can't move on.

You are correct . His dad had a shop in my local village in West Byfleet , about 4 miles from Woking . He’s often seen down there , and I think he’s a club president or ambassador .
If I hadn’t been at WHL Yesterday , I would have been down at a Kingfield Woking , and watching their victory to gain promotion

No I agree, though. I reckon because Tyler became relevant around the time the dippers and rags dominated and because he is now surrounded by them to this day, he cannot let go of the past. Sky hire to meet their support base, yes, but if he was surrounded by a better mix of represented teams I think he'd be more enthusiastic to other teams.
We are dominating now but I don't hear him screaming when we score ??

Whatever he is or does with Woking doesn't exclude him from being an out and out rag. Football fans will always have a deep affinity for their boyhood clubs (usually home town), non-league, etc. But they also tend to latch onto one of the 'bigger' clubs, for whatever reason. Maybe peer pressure from family, or school friends? There are many Prem/Championship clubs that have fans who have never actually set foot in the town or city where the club is based, let alone the club's ground itself.
Tyler may well be a Woking supporter, he may well be seen at many of their games, but he's also definitely a rag fan, and with the tacit approval of Sky he no longer even attempts to disguise the fact.
