Peter Storm Jackets

I swear by the north face, and occasionally Berhaus but Im feeling something different this time

anyone with advice Peter Storm wise?

Oh and If anyone wears superdry get off this tread now because I dont want your advice

Had all three.

However the peter storm ones I don't think are as good as the berghaus or north face ones. North face coats are the best I have ever bought

I used to work in Millets and it was basically my job to tell everyone that came in that Peter Storm jackets are just as good, if not better than North Face and Berghaus ones. Word of advice, don't get a cheap Peter Storm jacket! Although I don't buy any of the three, I've been faced with a lot of complaints over them and reguarly had to deal with refunds.

If you want a jacket to last you and be well worth the money you paid, don't get Peter Storm. They're Millets own and are shockers. They lack all the features you get and need in a Berghaus and North Face jacket. The berghaus ones retail at around £179 don't they? I used to get a lot of keen campers and walkers talking to me for hours on end about how shit Peter Storm jackets are and I wouldn't get one if you are gonna be using it reguarly. North Face are the best value for money, and will last a lot longer providing you buy the right cleaners and proofers. They're the same company but neither. I'm not really into all the outdoor stuff. Although I did meet quite a lot of friendly decent people whilst working there through last year. Blacks is the better of the two shops though in fairness.

Peter Storm??? Sounds a tad gay or perhaps seventies pornstar. I'll stick with my Craghoppers and its 'event' waterproof, breatheable, windproof smart fabric, thank you very much.

Best coat ive ever owned for warmth and comfort is my shimano fishing coat..tis amazing..
Nearly brought myself a great coat not sure what it was but it was italian made with the norwegian flag on it..it was pretty much sexual..
