Apart from the last month or so.... For the first time i can honestly say, i think a city player should win it. Tevez has been amazing this year.

Bale and Parker there by the power of the media, create enough hype and people believe it, parker has had an excellent season but noone can say he has been the best player in the league, hes just been the best of a very bad west ham team. Giggs won without being the best player so nothing new.
