How exactly has Coutinho, Sanchez and Costa got in over Aguero?

they've been better than him. Id agree with the lists tbh hazard for pfa player and Kane for young player

Have to agree with you on that.

Has to be Hazard for both. Makes a mockery to have a player nominated in both categories getting beat in the younger award by somebody not good enough to be nominated in the senior award. Classic example Kyle Walker when he won above Aguero it just showed how worthless these awards are.

I don't get why players get nominated in both players player and young player.

Coutinhos in both surely Aguero is a better shout for players player

No idea how Coutinho is in there tbh, he's had about a handful good games all year, but I guess they must have been around the time when people voted.

Aguero 19 goals, 7 assists in 24 starts 3 sub appearance
Costa 19 goals 3 assists in 23 starts 1 sub appearance
Kane 19 goals 4 assists in 22 starts 6 sub appearances

Silva 11 goals 5 assists in 26 starts 0 sub appearances
Coutinho 4 goals 5 assists in 26 starts 3 sub appearances

I know stats arent the be all and end all but ...

Yeah he doesn't deserve to be there at all. Rest of the list is fine.

I'd say Sergio's all too regular injuries don't help his case. He misses a chunk of nearly every season for us. And when he does come back, it takes him several games to get back up to speed. At a push, he maybe worthy of a nomination. But he wouldn't be in with a shout of the top gong anyway; Hazard will probably win that, with Kane getting the Young Player award.

He's played more than Costa or Kane this season.

Fair enough; I stand corrected. On Costa anyway. Kane has played more than Kun this season though; 45 appearances in all competitions for his club compared to 36 for Sergio (one more league appearance for Kane).
