You would think there would be some jobsworth Blazer stood in the area where the England bubble met the rest of the hotel or that the entire squad would occupy an entire floor/s with said jobsworth stood or sat next to the lift to prevent anyone unauthorised to enter the floor (or exit the floor)

Agreed. The issue is not what happened in the room but that they broke the restrictions. That puts their teammates at risk both at City and England. It also could have posed a threat to the match itself as well as breaking the law in Iceland. Any shagging is an irrelevance...though not to Phil Foden's family. It's off the scale stupid.
