Sorry how do you post pics again, i know how to do the img thing but what do you put in the middle of the img's

You need to upload your photos to a web host like photobucket. They will give you an url for each photo, something like http://photobucket.com/myaccount/picture.jpg
You put the [ img ] [ /img ] (without the spaces near the square brackets) around the url and bob's your uncle.
If you go to a posting someone has made with a photo in it and try to "quote" it in response it shows you the code in the editing window that opens....so try looking at this one.
