Upload the pictures onto a site like http://tinypic.com/ and it will give you a link to enter into message boards/forums, then just paste the link into here.

Use a host like

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.tinypic.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.tinypic.com</a>

and when the picture has been uploaded, there should be a bit to the side that contains [.img]link[./img] (without the dots)

copy and paste that into here, and the pic should be displayed matey
