How do you resize a picture with out doing it via Photoshop?
Like If I wanted to post something on a forum from my computer??

Go here...

...and download "ImageResizer.exe"
Install and then you can resize jpegs, bitmaps, etc, just by right clicking on them and selecting "Resize Pictures". No need to even open the image! The new image will be saved in the same location as the old one under a slightly different filename.
