I have a disk with pictures on it. But the disk is scrached and half the pictures dont work. Is there anyway of getting teh pics off of it?

When Mrs. Tealeaf had her computer games shop she had this little gizmo that cleaned scratched discs. You can buy them for about £15, or take the disc to your local independent games shop, I'm sure they'll help you.
