We’re having a proper party it looks like tomorrow. Road closed and all local pubs serving all down the street.

Whether you dislike the monarchy or not, it’s a good chance for communities to come together and enjoy ourselves, which is definitely not a waste of money.

Shame that your road/town doesn’t have much going on, get yourself to somewhere that does!

Neither of them could say what she actually does, and what benefit she has.

70 years of hosting parties and events for other wealthy people, trips abroad with more parties and events with wealthy people, and rocking up to the odd charity to show you care.

Having to collect flowers from, and listen to plebs gathered outside said parties and events, is probably the hardest part.

What dedication to the country, takes a unique person to be able to do that.

As for a calming voice, isn't that the point of Joanna Lumley.

Not so sure, some people don't have a "deep down", everything is either ingrained and impervious to logic or change, or airhead superficial with nothing underneath.

Media fuckers, all rich, all trying to bri9ng down the union man fighting on behalf of his workers. Im a bit fed up of hearing our media and politicians trying to make out we dont deserve more, whilst they actually have what they dont deserve.

Piers Morgan's show is averaging 13,000 live viewers.

A viral tweet getting what will probably end up at 5m views is great for him, probably the only way to keep his little show limping on.
 


Was sent this by a close mate (a blue, at that), with a somewhat disparaging accompanying message about the non-binary person Morgan was subtly belittling throughout the video, which sparked a long—and at points, contentious—discussion about transgender/non-binary people, polyamory, the difference between biological sex (scientific designation; he wasn’t even aware there were more than two biological sexes) and gender (purely a human construct), the fluidity of gender and gender roles over the course of human history, and eventually transgender athlete participation in women’s sport.

Piers Morgan continues to be a scourge on society, fuelling the asinine culture wars (to distract from the actual class war being waged) and the prejudice/bigotry inherent to them, so he can stay relevant.

Most of his programming now just encourages people to be obsessed with analysing, defining, and then restricting the identities and behaviour of other people (that are different from them in some way), and emboldening them to become more and more aggressive in doing it.

He is not the only one, but he was part of initial swell of this type of abhorrent programming that has become so popular among the masses. He helped popularise it in the new mass communication age.

And I don’t think history will reflect well on him or his vile compatriots.
