loved the old Scotch pies, i had to move up their when i was a kid and my eyes popped out when they just chucked them in the chip fat,drained and served,but they were bloody good

There's several GALLOWAYS in the Wigan surrounding areas and I totally agree.
They are by far the best pies I've ever had.
