The chances of winning the League this year are highly unlikely.

However, if we strengthen our defence (ie sign Joleon and JT as rumoured) I cant see why a top four finish is beyond us.

For once though, let us enjoy actually anticipating the season that awaits! In 20 years of supporting City, I've never been so excited about a forthcoming season, so please refrain from pissing on my chips, at least till we get tonked at Blackburn.

Blumers Bloomers is the archetypal city fan. The excitement, expectation that improvement is just round the corner, we take up the invite to the top table, but then the lingering notion that Blackburn will do us. My thoughts exactly. But what joy we will have when we give FatSam the big stuffing.
