Thoughts? @projectriver

If you've not seen, here is the the link to the document referred to in the video.

NB As others have said, you seem to have covered all this before on spaces, your article and podcasts.

Spot on Spf.

I suggested that a while ago. There’ll be no new information until we hear the result.

Stefan and Colin have both released the most concise breakdown of what has happened and what is likely to happen.

I’ve nothing against the bloke. I hope he earns enough to keep doing what he does, but it’s a slightly more informal, dumbed down version of what is already out there.
I’ve been following him and I believe he has great potential. Very articulate and knowledgable. There are some good boys on YouTube and he is another one. We can’t have too much access to YouTubers putting it out there for us all to enjoy.
I say let’s all subscribe to these fellows and help to knock Goldbridge off his Manure perch.

By the way, where does this narrative come from that if the club isn't found guilty, then that is the end of FFP? Surely, if we aren't found guilty that means we complied with their FFP which is what they wanted? Could it be that, now certain clubs are struggling with FFP, they are looking at any excuse to make it more "acceptable" or make one final suicidal push for an ESL? Otherwise I don't get it.

Come again?

Thoughts on the document he refers to (not the video)? @projectriver

Having read it, it looks like the video is based on the MEN article, rather than the full document.

I may be wrong, but it's certainly not as positive as the article or video.

Throughout, they do suggest that the bar is high for the Premier League, but they also suggest that it may be a lot more of a challenge for City than the UEFA case, and conclude by summing up City's position, "Put simply, defending this claim would require the deployment of enormous resources, intuitive legal reasoning, and persuasion beyond known boundaries." Which doesn't sound particularly easy.

Yes, I agree.
I would be surprised if it was hugely positive as that would suggest that the authors believe that the PL have a weak case. As they know no more than we do, they couldn't say that.
