PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Please can someone with far mor knowledge of ffp than me extrapolate Everton’s case to show how many rules they have broken and in what years so they can be quantified in the same way as the charges agains us. Or, have they truly only broken one rule?
Maybe Prestwich_Blue ?

It’s definitely all down to Gill he’s been trying to bring us down since day one, when you think of the damage done to his beloved rags he should have spent a bit more time attacking the Glaziers… Just in case anyone missed it, here he is talking about making up new rules targeted at us…

So let’s take Spitty at his word. it took a year to bring Everton to book and award them a sanction, we have 115 charges, so every single charge is on the same level of Everton’s, it must be if Spitty says so, hence, our sanction should arrive in 2138.

The year is 2138.

We've just scored our first goal at Tottenham's stadium in a 1-0 win. Our punishment is that our goal is removed from the records and it'll be another 3 hundred years until we manage to go on and score a goal at Spurs.

Mail online now in full flow with an article saying Everton could possibly pick up a further points deduction and then saying the EPL should not hold back with severe punishment to Chelsea and City if found guilty.
Nice of the cunts to include “if”!!

Normally don’t bother because they love to stir up trouble and report a version of the truth that sells.

Boats, Rwanda, Immigration, Markle, City et al..

Hate driving words to cover up poor standard of living with no adequate health care and no chance of prosperity for the many not just the rich 1%. It’s a swizz !

In March 2013 we were £3m inside FFP when we presented our interim accounts.

We submitted our verified accounts 4 weeks later, but unbeknownst to us UEFA had shifted the monitoring period back by 12 months, to include the wages of Carlos Tevez. We went from £3m under the FFP limit to £3m over & were fined £50m.

We then had a £50m per season transfer limit placed on us, & our CL squad was reduced from 24 to 20, to include the full complement of 8 Association/Club trained kids.

Bent bastards!
Fantastic, so a £3 million overspend resulted in a £50 million fine, so basically we were fined 16.666 the overspend, applying the same calculation to the Rags £250k fine they must have failed PPF by just £15k.

Absolutely corrupt.

Must hurt the fucks that we have their trophy!

Funny enough tho, Uefa pulling a fast one on us won’t have been forgotten on Khaldoon when dealing with the premier. We won’t get caught short again. It’s the main reason I am confident that the club will prevail. Sponsor paid for a service and city with a pep winning team delivered, the end. Mansour bribing every accountant and every business owner is outlandish. He wouldn’t have the time nor the inclination to do so.

Let’s say hypothetically that city spent the same amount of money but didn’t win anything. How would mansour Benefit? He wouldn’t and the club wouldn’t. The whole organisation is run superbly and that’s what the idiots cant understand. Yea we may have used influence from time to time but that’s business and no different from the American owned clubs linking up with sponsors in the US.

They have fucked it with this Everton decision. It makes no sense, you failed FFP by 20 million so we'll relegate you in the middle of a half a billion stadium development and send your 100+ year old institution bust.

Its a load of bullshit, the Government need to step in and wipe the boards and setup an independent regulator.

The current PL clowns are currently fucking up the UKs biggest cultural export to the world at the behest of a few yank owners who want a closed shop like the NFL to line their dirty pockets.
The one thing that's just occurred to me is Everton's points deduction being applied straight away.

If they applied a points deduction to City before an appeal, do we appear in the CL the following season before the appeal's been heard like with UEFA/CAS, or are we removed from the CL immediately?

It's now making total sense why the PL did what they did to Everton. They've set a precedent by their actions yesterday, which could deny us a CL spot irrespective of the ultimate conclusion of an appeals hearing.

If I was City, I'd be telling the PL if they try that immediate sanction stunt, we'll sue the fuck out of them for loss of earnings.
Uefa did the same by banning us from the chumps league for two years.

I honestly can’t believe that sky have let Carragher anywhere near this. He was a good defender but that’s it. Might aswell ask the little girl he spat on….

No financial degree nor common sense for that matter needed for Herr Spit to offer a qualified opinion. The age of madness is here.
