I don't know but if a "date" has been set then it will be in the not too distant future - potentially this summer? There was talk about late 2025 but doubt it.

Disagree, although there will be kick back and comments they will have to accept it especially if an independent regulator is in force.

The reality this end of prem or FFP (or whatever they wish to call it next week) it is doing it’s job. Newcastle this week admitted they had hit a glass ceiling, there does not seem to be an influx of Investors wishing to invest.

2 years after the announcement it will be hardly mentioned.

Strap in though, there will be some middle ground they will do us on.

An accounting error on some part that will be done in good faith, so not fraud.

That would have caused us to fail UEFA FFP but not PL.

Somehow we’ll get fined for it and maybe a transfer ban for a season and people will make out we cheated.

It's not the KC who decided our fate it's the independent panel if we can call them independent. and it's human nature to have a small thinking of which way you are going to vote even before evidence and a lot of that will be based on what comes out through the media

The commission ( independent panel) will comprise KCs and financial experts who will decide our fate

I watched the Khaldoon end of season interview before, specifically the part where he talks about the charges. This isn't a man who's worried in the slightest by any of it. As the man himself says, stick to the facts blues. Everything else is smoke and mirrors, it's clear and it's organised.

Pep will surely be asked about the charges related to the hearing date in his next presser.
He should say we have not been told a date even if we have. Make the PL sound like they don't know what they are doing.
