I always assumed they were being “advised” or perhaps guided would be a better word, by a certain 3 or 4 of their member clubs, no?
given the level of fuckup i think one of their member clubs is doing the majority of advising

It’s acknowledged 2 of the clubs were responsible for recruiting Masters after all, so maybe that narrows it down a little bit ;-)
