Liverpool and United being successful with a combined over a billion supporters world wide generates more revenue. Little city doesn’t do the same. Scudamore had a strategic plan apparently when exec of the premier league for a new winner every 7 years and they didn’t want one club winning it every year. Even if true how can you say that out loud and even worse not questioned on it, how can you plan who wins it??? I think this is the most frustrating thing, innocent or guilty this thing is going to be hovering over us for years.
