PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

'fashionable brands' what are you talking about, your revenues are higher than Real Madrid and Man United, your as 'fashionable as they come. Your a mainstream club with global revenues higher than all other clubs

Although I think that's might be the problem. Your revenues are higher than Man Uniteds and Real Madrid..............why.
Are you comfortable taking blood money from Rwanda?

Look at what we've won in comparison to United and it will give you the first clue. Then just fuck off.

Liverpool and United being successful with a combined over a billion supporters world wide generates more revenue. Little city doesn’t do the same. Scudamore had a strategic plan apparently when exec of the premier league for a new winner every 7 years and they didn’t want one club winning it every year. Even if true how can you say that out loud and even worse not questioned on it, how can you plan who wins it??? Instead rival fans turn a blind eye to that, a blind eye to uefa illegally trying to stop us playing in a competition, a blind eye to uefa being run by ex employees of united, Liverpool etc, that’s not a conflict of interest is it. If we’ve done wrong, take it on the chin. My issue is only the second we got money, broke that top 4 monopoly and was successful ahead of their favourites, the goal posts then got moved. We didn’t do anything wrong at the time, simply invested in a team and it’s surrounding area, great for the game and the community. Bringing in new rules with little notice to prepare and steady the books to comply isn’t fair. It’s like if they brought a rule in tomorrow that no club can be in debt, many would be breaking that instantly. As you’ve seen with different situations, they want to keep the elite, elite. Luckily for us we broke into it just in time. Since then they’ve tried absolutely everything to kick us out of their club.

As strange as it sounds, if we are stripped of titles it will be some form of relief because I could finally switch off from football for good. Fed up of the emotional investment. I'm in my mid-thirties; self-induced stress over a football game isn't needed.
I actually felt that about the ESL. In a way I almost wanted it to happen so I could finally sever ties with it all.

Growing up involves learning to fight your corner and not fold like a sack of shit when someone says something nasty.
City didn't start this, people came into our club with good intentions and with the money to make our dreams real. They have delivered 100%. No club has been scrutinised like we have been.
I'll be getting firmly behind the club while this latest bullshit unfolds.

This. Oddly enough it rejuvenates my commitment, a bit like going down did in 1998.

Slap on the wrist, maybe points but this, in my opinion, is stage managed by the Premier League.

United and Liverpool are going to be taken over in the not too distant future.

They will be able to spend freely one City have set a precedence as to what punishment the League are able to dish out

Mancini had a consultancy deal with the UAE which predated his appointment at City
It is worth pointing out that there is nothing illegal about being paid as a consultant. In fact, as far as I can see, there is nothing illegal about any of these claims. The worst we have apparently done is breach PL rules. There is no suggestion we have made any financial gain. This is sometimes lost in all the media coverage using phrases like "City have been found guilty" etc. English football operates in a parallel universe where unsustainable debt is encouraged and external investment is seen as bad (especially if it comes from countries we don't like).

So, essentially, we're saying it's a racist agenda. I'm not necessarily disputing that conclusion, merely curious as to what fans believe is responsible for the apparent disparity in treatment.
I can 100% say I believe it's a racial agenda. Look at the reporting of January's transfer spend. Marvellous business they called it.

It’s the timing of the announcement as well.

Arsenal sitting pretty with great chance of wining the league so let’s release the mud now on City to derail our challenge.

Pathetic.

Make that two of us! \0/

Win the champions league. Get relegated play in the champions league and championship next year. Typical City. Looking forward to Rotherham away already
Rotherham away on the Saturday followed by Real Madrid in the Bernabeu on the Wednesday. Which game will we rest players for?
