I am wondering if we did know something was coming? The incredibly low net spend over the last 5 years, and in particular the last year? Not saying the club agrees with the charges, just that we knew a load of charges were coming our way?

Why would a low net spend help ?

Some of the charges relate to non-compliance with UEFA's ffp investigation.

That's the one thing we are guilty of. Effectively we admitted it and paid a reduced fine. Surely we can't be punished twice.

dont think so, city have know for years about the PL sniffing for things,half expectes i'd say,it will be a court case in the law courts so dont expect to much from city if anything, other than the complaint has been received etc etc
