PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Went by Crown Court today. First case was a lad from Liverpool wearing a blue shirt. Was there for theft. Owned up to it, but his lawyer gave all the usual “extenuating circumstances” excuses. Judge wasn’t that impressed and said he knew what he was doing was wrong. Gave him 10 months!

Next case was this Middle Eastern lad from East Manchester. He was up for murder. Everyone in the court room thought he was shifty looking fucker and, after the Judge gave the other lad a really harsh 10 months, said the Judge would have to send him down for life. Nailed on!

We all waited with bated breath for the lad to be sent down forever, but he wasn’t!

Turns out, he wasn’t guilty!!!

So I think we should take stock of all the treatment the club and fans are getting, write anything down that pisses you off(within reason). Any innacturate reporting of the club, any double standards(nobody seems half as interested in Chelsea's case). Also, any attacks on the fanbase, or abuse you get online or in public for being a City fan. Reports of violence especially, paying special attention to how that is covered.

All for when hopefully City are found innocent and we can hammer them with all of it, all at once, for months on end, demanding full apologies, a level of whining even Liverpool fans would be secretly proud of(the english scouse champions of it). Keep it going until they never want to hear about it ever again, for fear of us giving them more headaches about it. That will just be a small taste of what City fans have had to put up with, all this bollocks and toxicity for so long.

Even what City are alleged to have done, Real and Barca have bigger scandals that span as wide a number of years and so do Juve. The spanish state aid dated back all the way to the 90s,there was a PED scandal doctor naming Real as a client and a hint that they weren't the only La Liga club(Barca perhaps?). Multiple scandals at Juve that were every bit as serious as City's case, finance and pitch level related... The difference? They weren't premptively chosen(before any football leaks) as the enemies of football beforehand, simply for striving to make it to the top of the paramyd. For wanting to crash the party of the elite and share the revenues they feel entitled to keep for themselves no matter how bad they do on and off the pitch.

10 years ago at 50 I had a heart attack and subsequent surgery , I’m now 60 and bar that incident feel absolutely blessed to witness the rise of my club an the style in which we achieved it I’m from Salford an was the only kid in a sky blue shirt from the age of 6 I got mullered every fkin day from red tw@ts ( although one or two became life friends) but what I can’t stand is the everyday attacks since we started winning From piss poor commentary when we are representing England in the chumps league to all the snide fkin comments all the time I am truely sick to death of it and hope/ believe City will win this nonsense and demand apologies Sick to death Cmon City Ta

This is it, in a nutshell. According to the NY Times, the rags and/or dippers vetoed at least 2 of the other candidates, even though the PL had already offered them the job.

Masters suits their purposes, in that he will bend to their will, which is why we are now scurrilously accused of dishonesty in order to besmirch our reputation.

Everton lost over 300 mill in that period. The 119.5 mill figure they ended up with is after all sorts of stuff that doesn't count towards P&S was taken off. Presumably the United total is less than 105 mill after whatever is taken off.

The PL seemingly bent over backwards to help Everton not fail over a long period but the daft owner still did exactly that.

We all know the end game is to try and help the istree teams in red but that doesn’t help. Life is unfair and whilst we know their actions go unpunished we are left in limbo.

Our owners have been brilliant for us and I appreciate that with legal matters you can’t say a lot. I also appreciate that cowards like Harris are best ignored.

But when is enough enough? This attitude of saying nothing is just leaving us open to attack. Yes you could say look at the trophies but we are in a vulnerable position where non sporting matters are harming us.

I don’t claim to have any answers but unless our owners start fighting back either in the media or in the courts this is going to go on and on.

I do have sympathy for this view. Its the greatest set of achievements in our history, with wonderful managers , players and so many glorious, never to be forgotten and instead of being able to read and revel in it - all we get is this unsubstantiated shit. Whilst I can understand City not getting into back and forth with arseholes such as Goldbridgs - but a few legal threats should surely stop some. For example, the BBC because the way they are anti City/Pro red shirts surely contravenes their charter?
 
I don't do twitter or listen to podcasts, but talk sport are definitely salivating and getting excited about us being found guilty and being related. I listened to Dean Saunders for a few minutes this morning. Had to turn him off, he could hardly contain his glee at our impending doom.

In the worst case scenario we're found guilty and punished with relegation. And our hateful 8 and their band of merry clubs come calling for compensation... Are we into admin as we are "not owned by a state" or does HRH pull £1b from under the mattress?

I never listen to him anyway. Jordan and Jim White simply arnt that good. Both are clearly trying too hard to be controversial and I don't find it entertaining. Jordan comes across as a know it all who actually doesnt know much in reality.
The talk sport presenters I quite like to listen to are McCoist, Gabby Ablongahore and Andy Goldstein.

Probably got an invoice for £150 million for mending roof leak.

Revenge is a dish best served cold let’s hope our owners have heard this saying and are just being patient and go all guns blazing when this is finally over.
