PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Whether we've done something against the rules or not regarding Brahim Diaz, it's not a part of the current investigation, and it's fuck-all in the grander scheme of things. Not to mention that clubs all over the place have breached regs regarding young players.

All this shows is that Harris is getting ever more desperate in his attempts to paint us in a bad light - if that's the biggest smoking gun he can come up with then it shows him up to be the straw-clutching twat we all know he is.
I listened again yesterday to the 93.20 archive pod they put out with Stefan and Lloyd going through the 93 Page CAS2 judgement the day after it was dropped in 2020. Their first comments were essentially laughing at the nonsense of Harris being able to analyse the document, make a legal inerpretation and tweeting with random and irrelevant quotes from the judgement and all within a hour or so or whatever it was after the document had dropped :)
Needs a whistleblower at this late stage……desperate needy weird ****!

Remember, this is in addition to the many others he has in his pocket :)

New development now recruitment of Brahm at Madrid is surfacing again and Harris is getting our stuff to anon to share stories to pretty much start new narrative from looks of it to get us ban like Chelsea did…

I feel sick of this guy fr.

Just wanted to show you how valid those documents would look to a commission or court:

It's not conclusive evidence. Anyone can do it. He's scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Why post shite like this I blocked the kunt because he is obsessed with tweeting lies innuendos..

Leave him to it..

He will get his head kicked in with that short of shite. Thats quite personal when it comes to City fans.

Don't fall into his trap. I ranted about how City should sue him after he'd been posting more crap about us and somebody from here copied and pasted it ( Allegedly) and sent it to him. Of course he could be trawling here himself. This was then put onto his Twitter account and made it sound like I'd personally sent him abuse. He then went on to say it was just a smidgen of abuse he has to deal with from City fans. I was piled on by his redshirt supporters and even fucking Gary Lineker called it vile. He'll be posting you're threatening him with violence or worse lol.

Dear Nick, I am not a former employee of City or CFG but a supporter. I would like you to consider my disillusionment since 2010. As a FOC I am now required to attend upwards of up to 40 home games a season and this plays havoc with my knees climbing the stairs. In addition to that challenge I also now have to jump up about 150 times a season every time we score a goal further putting pressure on my knees. I know nothing can be done about the stairs but if your campaign can get Mr Pep to get his team to score less goals I would be grateful. Last year I had to buy 5 times as many packets of Soothers as City won 5 trophies and cheering made my throat sore. Also my season ticket has gone up since we had Stuart Pearce and his footballing icons playing for us, how happy my knees were when we only scored a handful of goals after Christmas that season. The price now is probably about double now and all we get in return is more goals, more trophies and world class players. As I said I am a FOC and sometimes even the cheering and singing "We've got Guardiola" wakes me and my friend up, this didn't happen before 2010 when we could have cat naps many a time during games then. Anyway Nick I hope you can take my grievances on, and between trips to hospital, you can make a difference.
Regards
A FOC City supporter.

You never know, he might ask him to go for a meal to talk about it, like he did someone else on here(allegedly). What a poncey take on the 'lets meet for a pint and settle it' front.

Just noticed the: "Thanks for those who've helped so far" bit. He's a serial bluffer that strange little man(or a fantasist or both).

Steady on, the Rags were fuck all as a team in the 70's and 80's despite the media and no nowt fans believing they have been one of the best 2 teams, forever.

The other being the Dippers!
They're thick, though.

Liverpool fans won't/can't accept that their club was languishing in Div 2 for a decade before a sugar daddy got them promoted and laid the foundations of all their success for the decades to come.

United fans can't accept that the class of 92 was added to a spending spree from 89 onwards for Wallaces, Pallister, Webb, etc. Again, the foundations of their success for the decades to come.

But they'll tell you its not the same as City. It is though.

What's the sad case saying about Brahim Diaz then?
In true Nick Harris style, he’s gotten himself confused and completely misinterpreted what the email in question states.

He *thinks* it shows that Diaz was unofficially at the club prior to turning 16, in contravention of the rules and that City covered it up.

What it *actually* shows is that City had agreed to sign him at 16, subject to FA approval.

It also shows that Diaz was coming over to train with the club, which is allowed, so long as the club inform the FA - which the emails say they did - and Cliff advises that he should return to Malaga periodically so as to not be ‘permanently’ in Manchester.

It also suggests that the club would have to enable the Diaz family moving to Manchester ‘for non-football reasons’ - ie the same thing every family of every foreign kid in English football academies has to do and every club has to navigate.

Net result - City and Malaga had agreed a deal for Diaz to join at 16 and were in the process of confirming with the FA. Diaz was training in Manchester, which is allowed and the club registered this with the FA. Harris has either mistakenly or deliberately misread the text in the email. You decide.

*edit to add* as mentioned before, I have a loose connection to the Diaz’s and so know he 100% wasn’t here ‘permanently’ before turning 16. I could expand, but Harris reads this forum religiously and I don’t want to do the work for him.

Jordan on talksport now saying 'I believe there is a case to answer' but that City will probably get away with it as there are to many 'powerfull entities, and 'vested interests' for us to be found guilty.

He's changed hus tune since yesterday.

He was never going to say we didn't have a case to answer, but it's a clear change of opinion for him to say he thinks we'll get away with it. He's not giving us a glowing "innocent" verdict, but he's getting his ducks in a row so he can say "I told you so" when we are cleared. Stefan obviously schooled him enough for him to realise the case doesn't have much hope in finding us guilty.

I was going to say, if he thinks that is a panicked smoking gun then he needs to step away from the laptop. We can collectively not like how the footballing sausage gets made, but he is going to find another job of he is shocked and appalled by this. It's just a club navigating the rules - and being extra careful not to break them - in their candid emails.

But, the club was panicking ......

Jordan can spend the rest of his life telling blues with thick Manc accents "you weren't found innocent" and feeling very clever for doing so as long as we are cleared of the charges and continue to fill our trophy cabinet.

Pricks like Harris and his Associated Press clowns are a pain in the neck but don't understand how many blues get their knickers in a twist by him and the likes of Simon Jordon ! The way they try to discredit us is shameful but in reality there just click bate for justifying their existence! Look if Harris had any factual proof about anything he wouldn't be posting it on.his meaningless Web site he'd be contacting much higher authorities, as for Jordon, he now suggests I guy who is employed in football litigation cases doesn't know what he's talking about ! This font of all football finance knowledge has had one job in football as owner and chairman of Crystal Palace! He almost made them and himself bankrupt he was that capable, he then had his pants taken down by Palace's current owner who bought the club of him at a fraction of it's value as Jordon was desperate for any money ! He's never had employment in football since he's that valuable to it. He now works on a daily football show spouting his flowery wisdom ! He is of no relevance what so ever and doesn't have scubby about anything relating to City or our charges by the Premier League, don't bother replying to arse holes like that that's what they thrive on ! It's annoying and even when we're cleared of these charges they will still try to tarnish our reputation but me for one couldn't give a toss about their likes!
