I'm not one to stick up for Keegan but didn't he say the rumour of the charges being dropped were false.So Tolmie's information was correct and the idiot at the Mail was completely wrong.
Not sure he mentioned the letters, but could be wrong.

Wouldn't surprise me if no letters have been sent out to individuals, and have just been sent to businesses (Sly, Daily Fail etc.)
Some of these individuals who feel that they are more important than they are, have jumped on the bandwagon to say they've received these letters because they are now running scared of saying anything about the allegations.

What do you think anyone at city would say if a social media reporter rang them and asked "has the charges been dropped?" Man City>"yeah we all cleared" It was the most click bait nonsense from him its laughable tweeting utter bollocks!
