Whilst battling against a red cartel dominated PL he appears to be on a Crusade for fairness only but rest assured he only wants rule changes that benefit the City Business Plan.

Anything wrong with voting for things that will further his investment?

People often forget this very important point.
The guy is a VERY astute Business Man - his investment in Barclays during the Financial Crisis being one of many examples - anyone thinking he had a City duvet in 1999 when we were playing York needs to seek medical advice.

Uefa don't really care, you can sell assets to yourself without any issues as they stick to proper international accountancy rules. So teams like Chelsea, Barcelona and ourselves have benefited over this arrangement for some time as it's a legitimate business transaction. The PL can now say this is not football related so all of that revenue would disappear for the calculations. Different formula so different result you can quite easily pass the Uefa test but fail the PL one

Look up in the UEFA rules what is included in income for PSR purposes. Also look up what happened to Chelsea's asset sales for UEFA purposes and what happened to Barcelona's "levers". And what was included in our 2012 settlement with UEFA.

Exactly, City have never been against rules that don't suit us only ones that delay or could potentially stop our financial progress (which obviously includes costs as well as income).

If any other team in the PL doesn't like the way how we vote then try emulating the City Business Plan which has proved to be superior to the old model that the cartel insisted was special.
