First I’ve heard of this so no idea about the who’s and what’s of the story.
Pretty grim on all fronts and sadly reading between the lines from one or two trusted posters in this thread it seems it could be a blue.
Would desperately hope it’s not the case but whoever it is, if found guilty then a long jail term is on the cards and rightly so.

why cant it be someone who turned out for england on Thursday? do we know they were definitely dropped? i mean the chances are very high i grant you.

In this case noone has been charged.
However, im interested to know if a false imprisonment is additional to, or as a default of a rape?
Eg, does the act of rape automatically result in a false imprisonment offence as during the rape
someone is by default, detained beyond their will? Or does the false imprisonment arrest provide
an offence if the more serious offence of rape cannot be proceeded with?
