I did actually look at that but it doesn't mention the scenario reported which is he was arrested + released.

If they never have enough evidence for charges does the player get de-arrested?

I would imagine it'll fall into the "serious" crime category, so at least 24 hours and up to 96 hours if approved by a court.

De arrested is before you get to a police station (no record of arrest kept), after that it's "released without charge" usually.

Could the reason hes not named, as under x18 when alleged offences ocurred?

I did post earlier as to whether age of suspect when confirmed by police is also

part of non disclosure, as well as name which is obviously part of the order
