Every town centre has a regeneration plan at the moment, because they’ve all been left to rot for 50 years. I can’t see all of them coming to fruition soon.

Amazing they all played there. I got my parents tickets for Gene Pitney. Manchester is sadly lacking venues like this. One of the most popular bars in Tenerife is the Brahms and List. A compere and one or two top acts, packed every night.

Civic used to be decent, but last time I went most of the shops has either closed down or changed for the worse.
