Plantar Fasciitis

Had it about 8 years ago and hospital and doc could offer nothing to sort it. Was recommended a podiatrist who made me a custom insole for my shoe which relieved the pressure and through time it dissappeared. Have to say the pain on getting out of bed in the morning before the insert was truly awful.

I had it about 5 years ago - lasted a couple of months then just went away - I think a change of the most worn footwear over that time did the trick

The Inside edge of the foot or instep and right bang dead centre.You trot along all happy days and then bang ! Oh my days and nights it is excruciating and feels like a sharp knife being thrust inwards.Then it goes and comes back at will.It would appear planter affects people differently in different areas but for me it is instep of foot half way down.You cant really rest it as you have to walk to get places.I use ibuprofen gel or Voltorol but that's more a placebo fix than offering any real medical relief.

I had it a few years ago. It went away on it’s own in the end but took two years. I just wore padded insoles which helped a lot.

All the above, particularly inserts help. Also my physio used accupucture to get rid of the pain which helped me do the rehab exercises.
