If he was to preside over the greatest City side in history, I'd still think he was a twat. Not a comment on his coaching ability, but more a measure of the man. He was once in Merson's league for a hatred of City.

I believe he is a good coach, he knows his stuff for sure.

I didnt like him either, but i didnt choose him to coach us, Mancini did and seeing thats the case, then if Mancini is happy so am i.

Dancing around because we scored proves/disapproves nothing.

there is many a football man cannot make it as manager kidd included but however do become the pillars of the managment structure just as kidd and platt have at city, i dont think the club could have anyone better behind mancini than these two esp if you look at the past managers and see the cheque book charlies that were stacked up

While I'm not suggesting it's all down to Platt the improvement in form since his appointment is very noticeable, maybe he was the last piece in the backroom jigsaw?
