wheres this suddenly come from ? every top team needs players like delph, he's more than good enough for the squad and he's played well tonight apart.

Delph was bought because he was a good squad addition , and english , probably the best english defensive midfielder available , and at £8m he is a snip , compared to some fees we have paid , he looks a competent player at premiership level , but he will be found out against europes best, because in general english players are shit compared to spanish,german,french and italian footballers , We have to sign or develop a quota of english players , and delph is one of the best of a very poor generation of english players.
