Liverpool: Gerrard - Simply is Mr Liverpool... something we don't have at City, he's been nothing special recently. But still a good leader and gives it his all for England.

Rags: Vidic - One of... maybe even the best CB in the world in my opinion... he's been solid this season, at least when he was partnered with Ferdinand. One of the best CB pairings around at the moment, Ferdinand has stepped up his game aswell... just injury seems to be holding him back. Had they had Ferdinand/Vidic partnership at Wolves. They wouldn't of lost the game. I think if both play in the derby, we may struggle.

I would of added Nani to the list... talented and plays similar to Ronaldo, but he's trying to be too much like him. The whole diving thing puts me off him. He does it more than he needs to.

Chelsea - Ashley Cole, would have at City in a heartbeat... best LB in the world, quite pacey and good going forward. Off the field has been an annoyance for him, people can say what they like... but he's recently kept his head down. While his Mrs and her close friends are taking shots at him, he seems to just ignore it and get on with playing football

Essien - Often bosses the midfield... didn't look that good against Liverpool (don't think anyone really had a good game) but Chelsea look weaker without him.

Arsenal - Wilshere, I wasnt a fan just over a year ago... came across as a very angry looking brat. He's looking the part now though, in the first team at Arsenal and can hold the ball in midfield well. Should be starting for England, Barry plays a similar role... but he looks tired and old, often looks like he's trying to shift his body and get away a pass. Wilshere just does it without much effort.

Spurs - Modric - Similar to Silva really... rarely see his lose the ball and plays some beautiful passes. Spurs look alot more creative with him on the field.

Bale - Best winger in the league at the moment... ran riot against the world best RB (Maicon). The question is, can he keep it up? We thought Stephen Ireland was the next big thing for us during the 08-09 season... turned out to be a one season wonder and now looks just another average player.

Thoughts? What would your choices be?

Arse - Sagna.

Chelsea - probably Ivanovic, think I has potential but I wouldn't really say I admire anyone from there really, ESPECIALLY not that **** Cole!

United - Scholes. Yeah i'll get slated, not arsed. The ultimate professional, and for me one of the best players the PL has ever seen.

None really from anywhere else.

Fulham - Murphy - Always seems to work hard for the team and hus creativeness gets underated cos he plays for Fulham.

Blackpool - Vaughan - With Adam in the team his work gets overshadowed. Next time you watch Blackpool pay close attention to him and see how much running and creative work he does.

Tottenham - Modric - For me he's the best midfielder in the league. Never loses the ball and can turn on the sixpence with 3 players around him and can see passes we can only dream of.

Very good shout. I noticed him the last game they were on tele, cracking player - very ugly though!

Michael Dawson (Spurs). He's up there with Vidic and Terry as the best pure defenders in the Prem. Really like the guy, I think he is immense! Would be an excellent partner for Kompany.

Luca Modric (Spurs). Very classy player.

Samir Nasri (Arsenal). Best player in the Prem this season by quite a long way.

Patrice Evra (Rags). We've got the best two left backs in the world in the Prem, he's one of them.

Ashley Cole (Chelsea). He's the other. Great player.

Frank Lampard (Chelsea). Not on current form but over his career he's been a fantastic Premier League player, as good as anyone you could mention.

Roger Johnson (Birmingham). He's not particulalry tall or stocky yet wins almost every header he goes up for. Better than Gary Cahill (who gets all the medias attention) yet hasn't got in the England squad yet.

Darren Bent (Villa). Ruthless game winning goal scorer. Excellent, underrated player. Should be in every England squad, yet hardly gets a sniff.

Steward Downing (Villa). Settled in now at Villa and is playing extremely well.

Tim Cahill (Everton). Doesn't back down from any challenge. Even bullies Vidic when he plays against him. Great competitor, great goalscorer, great player to have on your side.

Phil Jagielka (Everton). Very good defender. Can also play in nets, at full back or in midfield.

Stewart Holden (Bolton). Very classy little player. Been very impressed when I've seen him play.

Clint Dempsy (Fulham). Another Yank, another really tough competitor like TCahill. Great player to have on your side.

Chris Samba (Blackburn). How he's not playing for a top club I'll never know. Great defender, dangerous in the opposition box and comfortable with the ball at his feet also.
