I have just about finished reading Sergio's book. A few days ago I came across something which I think is appropriate for maybe helping us get past this low point in our season. The following is from his book....
February 2011, Athletico Madrid has had consecutive defeats. Kun was captain in the last defeat and the following was his comment to the press pack.
“It’s been a few games now in which we haven’t had the rub of the green. Especially in the last match, where we had no luck and ended up losing when we didn’t deserve to. For that reason it is not the time to talk too much, and instead to go and get it done out on the field of play. We have to prepare carefully, to give our all in every game and to fight for as high a position as possible until the last moment. It is the least that the history of this club deserves, as well as the fans who offer us so much in support”
