Maybe it's supposed to be kevin horlock but the MEN's predictive text changed it (I am assuming you are on about pollock)

Super Mario Balotelli is to me ++
His wicked brace @ The Demolition Derby @ OT clinched it for me.
How about the ;) @ Wembley ?

Those are Iconic moments. Following that he has a world wide cult (attracting new city admirer) following even amongst non city fans (hmm anti-rags)

Subsequently every sorry mother of rags afraid of his latest pranks against them.

That's why he is a City cult hero !!!

Nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, nana. Nana.

Nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, nana. Nana.

Nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, Nanaa, nanaa, nanaa, nanaa

Uwe's grandad bombed the Stretford end!!

On the pitch he produced a few moments that stick in the mind but ultimately he is just an example of the cult of personality.

Zaba is 1000x more of a hero to me.

He just liked beating rags at anything:)

Its hard to define a cult hero but I would put SWP in that list. He was amazing before he went to Chelsea, I used to love watching him play. Even going to Chelsea he made us 21 mill at a time we were struggling financially.
He loved city and came back to us, althought he wasnt the same player the second time round. I remember him going into the city dressing room after the QPR game and congratulating all the city players on winning the title. Love that little guy.

Alan was more of a cult hero at City than Pollock would ever be. Surprised they didn't mention Imre banana the ultimate cult hero. A man whose name defined terrace culture in the 80's

Pollock isn’t a cult hero by any stretch. Maybe they did mean Kevin Horlock. Possibly Moulden and Bishop could be added to the list. I wouldn’t include Trautman or Tueart, they were beyond cult status and genuine heroes and all-time great players for the club (especially Trautman).

to be a cult player does not mean you have to be the greatest player.
