Hello all,

I'd like to let people know that the next Points of Blue meeting is on Wed 9th November 2011 at 6:30pm. The venue is the Mancunian Suite at the Etihad stadium. This is an open house forum for fans to discuss issues with representatives from a range of departments at the club. Areas such as supporter services, catering, tickets, ground safety and traffic are typically covered.

I'd urge as many 109 seasoncard holders to try and attend this one as we need to get in a room and have a discussion with the club and each other face to face in regards to the current 109 issues at hand.

I think I'll attend this one. Is there a dress code of any kind?

As long as you don't look like you are out of Sum 41 or Busted then you'll do for me kidda :-) No dress code. It is literally a walk in, sit down in a conference room with a top table. There's a set format of the areas to be covered but I can see the standing issue taking up a big chunk of the meeting at this one.

I think I'll just sit and listen at this one. Although, I would like to raise a point about the mascots at City - they spend so much time on the lower floors without making an appearance in the upper tiers of Family Stand! Isn't entertaining kids what mascots are for? How can they entertain the kids on the upper tier by not going there?

Who normally comes to the PoB meetings?

It's a mix mate. There were a couple of right plebs at the last one who felt the meeting was just for them. One guy must have taken up about 20 minutes of the meeting by himself and actually insulted the minutes taker by saying the minutes were rubbish (nowt wrong with them). The issues he brought up were very minor also.

Joe Mercer's Way was at the last one who's young, think he's pushing a few issues about to prepare for this one. Few old people and Bluemoon celebs like De Niro, Me, Bluebird, Scrabster Six etc.

nope dont need any tickets just turn up...usual city employees there are Neil Worcester (Catering) Steve Sayers (operations Director) Danny Wilson (Supporter Services and Sales) Vicky Kloss (operations direcor) Peter Fletcher and Steve Robinson (Ticketing) but think it depends on what is going on at the time who is available...hopefully people will get their questions asked and answered by the relevant person....hope its a good attendance.
