Im pretty sure he isnt a wingback today.

In their back 4, dumfries goes wide and Ake is making the back 3 like he has done at City.

But this also means he has more space if everyone else is marked. Players are surprised when a CB just runs into free space.

Never got it wrong on a player as much as I did with Ake in first 18 months or so. All credit goes to him and also to Pep for finding a role perfectly suited to him
