I suspect the 16 year old will get charged with damaging police property. Apparently the truncheon has a big dent in it now.

In a thread thats about to get pulled.
Sky news now have hold of this so hopefully the twats not only lose their jobs as they are clearly not fit to be police officers, they also get charged like anyone else would hitting someone round the head with a weapon and dealt with accordingly.

Sadly I wont hold my breathe though as they do what they always do and circle the wagons.

I never have a problem with police using excessive force but this seems like its possibly gone too far.

Sad to see that the match commander was a woman, possibly a mother herself and her statement shows a complete lack of compassion for this kid.

That copper is a bad apple probably has a list of similar unproven complaints, hopefully with the footage available for this incident he will be charged, convicted and sacked from his job.

That literally makes no sense. The word "excessive" has a meaning.

Hope the lad recovers and he's not too badly damaged mentally aswell as physically.

On a lighter note, that's not the worst gash I've ever seen after a night out in Barnsley.

I think the rags have been in touch with the police force to see if he can kick a football. He has all the attributes they're looking for.
