I can only assume he wasnt allowed to attend. He did say he wasnt a response unit. I'd imagine there are lots of contentious points between regular police and PCSO's. And it always produces strange unintuitive rules and procedures.

We allow the police to park their cop car here when it's not in use. Early last Tuesday morning so little scallies climb over our gate and nick its number plate.
Because the old cant just pop to halfords to get another plate the car has been on the road until today !. Pathic
