and they wilfully "forget" that being in the EU was the base level - leaving was going to make every single thing an improvement - it wasn't about things getting worse than that it was about everything getting better..........remember JRM banging on about cheap trainers? Yeah well the shoe retailers and manufacturers body have said thats rubbish - they predict price rises

Yeah. They also think that no one cares about it any more.

That’s more to do with broadcasters not being allowed to use the B word and question it yet. I wonder what will tip that balance in future. It can’t be far off.

It’s really not worth watching as every difficult question will answered with “The important thing is…..(one of the above)”. The fact that it will be on home soil for the PM will make it even easier for him to deflect and distract.
 
Hmm when NI turns Sinn Fein and the DUP demand the launch of article 16 with all the shit that will bring down on everyone's heads will Johnson have to buckle or will JRM call it an act of self harm one wonders?

I remember when the brexit loons were banging on about ‘repatriating laws back to Britain from Europe’.
When you know that the law will be upheld by courts of law and the lawyers who ply their trade there, and that you will lose your case, then you head straight for the insults and implications of bias and political motives and ‘enemies of the people‘ stuff that fills up the mail and the express, but still sadly strikes chords with the cretins that still wave their little flags and shout about sovereignty and freedoms ……

Bank of England isn't supposed to be political? Is was if they were told not to blame brexit. The line "Income loss due to changes in trade practices" must have been an order from Rishi.

Bailey is a long term Brexit supporter - thats why he got the BoE gig - he won't have needed any prodding to use creative language to avoid stating the bobvious

The thing to bear in mind is that there are left leaning lawyers and there are also right leaning lawyers - but what the deal in is the law. Rather worrying that our PM see's only one point of view as a threat
 
Interesting that Kingston upon Hull - central to the fishing industry and 68% vote leavers- have voted in the lib-dems, the only openly avowed stop brexit party at the last election.
Perhaps they’ve spotted some problems.
