Yeah I did think of that. Although if you were a troublemaker, why would you use your own name? I'm sure Tinkers have sussed this by now. It's not as if it is a reliable way of weeding out ignorant cunts. When my parents owned a caravan at a Haven park there were adult guests in the neighbouring caravan kicking the playing football and hitting the caravan despite there being free to use plastic pitches onsite.

Genuinely intrigued as to how they could actually do this. Someone phones up to make a booking and gets to the bit where they say their name, does the person at the call centre suddenly go 'oh we are totally full that week you want to go'? How do they tell them no we can't accept you?
